You should be aiming to pay a deposit to confirm a booking (or at least send something from my wishlist) within the first 2-3 emails.
If you want to interact without meeting, I offer an online advice and coaching service and you should ask (and pay!) for this within the first 1-2 messages. If you start meandering off the point in long or numerous emails, I will cease communication and not see you.
